Join Vaasa Airport as a loader/multi-skilled worker in a permanent position. The primary duties involve loading and unloading aircraft, handling baggage and other passenger services, operating ground equipment, and performing aircraft services such as de-icing, heating, water, and toilet services. As a multi-skilled worker, you will also handle flight check-in and other passenger service tasks as needed. Key responsibilities include: Ensuring aircraft depart safely and on time, adhering to aviation regulations even under pressure. Maintaining a relaxed work environment that is enjoyable for staff. Requirements for applicants: - At least 18 years old - Clean criminal record (basic security clearance will be conducted) - At least a B driving license - Proficiency in Finnish, Swedish, and English - Good physical condition (work may involve awkward postures) - Ability to work under pressure - Initiative - Valid official qualification or willingness to train for it The multi-skilled role can be hectic with shift work. Success in this role requires resilience, flexibility, and reliability. We value a proactive attitude and customer service orientation. The position involves shift work, including mornings, evenings, and nights. Start date is in September.
