The Nebius Principal, EMEA GTM – Physical AI owns our GTM motion across EMEA: a domain-led, EMEA-anchored pipeline generator and deal accelerator designed to create leverage. You will open strategic executive-level accounts across the EMEA Physical AI ecosystem and partner with EMEA Account Executives, regional sales leadership, and Field CTO to shape opportunities and accelerate time-to-close. You will turn learnings in-region into repeatable motions, tailored to the EMEA buyer and regulatory environment. You are welcome to work remotely from within EMEA, with strong preference for London or Munich; Paris or Amsterdam are also viable. Responsibilities include pipeline generation, account ownership, deal acceleration, lighthouse account execution, subsegment theses, and EMEA playbook development.

Responsibilities
- Open strategic executive-level accounts across the EMEA Physical AI ecosystem

- Develop EMEA Playbook including battle cards and positioning guides
- Lead lighthouse accounts and build regional GTM motions
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in sales overlay, GTM strategy, or domain-specialist selling within Cloud, AI Infrastructure, or HPC
- Deep familiarity with selling across UK, DACH, France, Benelux, Nordics, Southern Europe, the Middle East, and Israel
- Proven pipeline generation and detection
- Deal acceleration experience with executives across multiple EMEA countries
- Strong communication with executives and cross-functional teams
- Regulatory sovereignty awareness (EU AI Act, GDPR)
