We are seeking an experienced commissioning manager for demanding projects across Finland. Could this be your next career move? At Sweco PM, we assist and support our clients in the industrial, energy, real estate, infrastructure, and healthcare sectors with project management and construction management tasks from project initiation to commissioning and maintenance. Together with over three hundred specialists, we are our clients' unwavering and impartial advocate. As a commissioning manager, you will lead and manage all activities related to commissioning on-site. You are responsible for a safe, controlled, and compliant transition from construction to operational use across all project subsystems. The role emphasizes overall coordination. You will work closely with construction, quality assurance, suppliers, authorities, and the client, and you will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and reporting on commissioning throughout the project lifecycle. Your tasks include developing and maintaining the project commissioning strategy and plan, defining system readiness criteria and commissioning sequence, designing and overseeing functional, performance, and acceptance tests, and coordinating commissioning and acceptance inspections. We are recruiting personnel for construction sites across Finland. This role involves travel, and you should be prepared to visit various sites frequently. The work primarily takes place at project locations.
