Sales Administrator - Avery Dennison - Remote - Global

We are looking for a future Sales Administrator to join a dynamic team of 10 people. In this role, you will be the preferred contact for your clients and will do everything to ensure optimal service while respecting safety, quality, and cost control. You will manage a portfolio of clients based in France and the MENA region. Key responsibilities include managing customer orders and administrative follow-up, analyzing client needs, coordinating with logistics and other stakeholders, detecting anomalies and implementing corrective actions, participating in sustainability and digitalization projects, and contributing to continuous improvement. The position is on-site or hybrid depending on telework agreements. Requirements include 5 years of successful experience in sales administration or customer relations in an industrial B2B environment, being organized, rigorous, autonomous, proactive, passionate about customer relations, team-oriented, proficient with Google applications, Excel, Salesforce, and fluent in English (written and spoken).
