About the role
Lead IT strategy, data and digital development for the Remeo group, aligning IT initiatives with business goals. Manage data governance, system integration and master data management. Develop and drive data and AI capabilities, technology strategy and cybersecurity, ensuring competitive and evolving digital solutions for the business. Lead IT partners and service providers to deliver high-quality, cost-effective services. Oversee cyber security, information security, risk management and business continuity. hybrid work in Vantaa, Finland; reports to the CFO. Fluency in Finnish and English is required.

- Lead IT strategy development and implementation
- Develop and lead data architecture and master data management
- Oversee data/AI capabilities development and technology evolution
- Lead data architecture and information governance
- Identify new technology opportunities and drive them with the leadership team
- Manage IT partners and service providers
- Develop cybersecurity, information security, risk management and business continuity
Requirements
- Strong business understanding and ability to align technology with business goals
- Proven change management and delivery of digital development projects
- Experience in data and analytics solutions development and data-driven decision support
- Practical understanding of AI in business
- Experience in IT operations development in industrial, logistics or other operational environments
- Excellent collaboration, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Finnish and English
