Job Description
The Senior Director of Demand Gen for Central Europe is the regional marketing leader responsible for driving revenue-contributing pipeline across the region. This individual is the primary marketing business partner to the Central Europe MDs, CDs and Heads of Sales and aligns the full marketing mix to CRO priorities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Own regional demand generation strategy and pipeline contribution targets aligned to regional revenue goals• Lead a team of marketers + BDR Director & BD team covering Net New, Install Base, Channel, and ABM motions• Co-define quarterly territory plans with sales leadership; present marketing ROI in CRO QBRs• Oversee IFS Connect events, partner marketing programmes, and ABM/AI campaign execution• Manage regional marketing budget with full accountability
