Legal Counsel - TryHackMe - Remote - Global

TryHackMe is scaling globally and needs a legally skilled, commercially minded Legal Counsel to manage policies, contracts, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. The role involves working closely with founders and senior leadership to handle customer contracting, product policies, privacy, data protection, corporate setup, procurement, and vendor risk. The candidate will support the US entity launch, support international expansion, and build the legal infrastructure using modern tools and AI. Key responsibilities include advising on commercial, regulatory, and corporate matters, managing external counsel, and ensuring compliance with GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, ISO, and SOC 2 standards. The role requires a qualified lawyer with experience in SaaS, regulated sectors, and international privacy laws, with strong communication skills and an AI-native approach. The position is fully remote, full-time, reporting to the founders/CEO, with a competitive salary.
