Job Description
Revvity is seeking an accomplished Life Sciences Reagents Commercial Leader to drive revenue growth and market expansion across our US and Canada Life Sciences reagents portfolio. This strategic leadership role will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team, developing go-to-market strategies, and establishing Revvity as the partner of choice for life sciences researchers and pharma/biopharma organizations. The candidate will build, lead, and mentor a 100+-people team, establish performance metrics, and drive a culture of excellence. They will own and exceed revenue targets (~$400M), develop strategic account plans, identify market opportunities, and partner with marketing for demand generation. The role involves building relationships with top-tier accounts, negotiating high-value contracts, and representing Revvity at industry events. Collaboration with product management, technical support, operations, and global teams is essential. Requirements include 15+ years of life sciences sales experience, 10+ years in reagents, and 8+ years of sales leadership. A bachelor's degree in STEM is required, with an MBA preferred. The position involves 40-50% travel across US and Canada. The annual salary range is $190,000-$270,000. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, parental leave, 401k, and stock plans.
