Job Description
Durlston Partners is working with an elite-level AI Tech firm that is looking for an Engineering Manager with a strong Python background to lead and grow one of their core engineering teams. You’ll work closely with AI researchers, data scientists, and senior engineers to deliver scalable, high-performance AI systems. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide technical direction, mentor engineers, and contribute to production code and distributed system design in large-scale, data-intensive environments.
