Special Support Worker, Namika Small Group Home - Humana - Helsinki, Finland

We are looking for a new colleague to work as a support worker at Namika small group home in Lahti. Our shared value in Human services is customer orientation. The salary is based on the collective agreement for social services, ranging from 2723.92 to 2990.35 euros/month depending on experience, plus a demanding care supplement of 151.50 euros/month and shift allowances. Requirements include a degree in social services or health care, a valid driver's license, hygiene passport, good Finnish language skills, at least two years of experience in child protection, and experience with restrictive situations, neuropsychiatric, and trauma work.
