We are seeking an assistant through the Keski-Suomen hyvinvointialue personal assistance center for a fixed-term substitute until October 9, 2026, for an adult woman in Hankasalmi. The employer is in a care home. The employer is a bed-bound patient, with transfers performed using a lifting device. The employer can operate an electric wheelchair independently, but speech production is difficult. The assistant's work does not include lifting or assisting with transfers. The work is offered variably for 30 hours per month during free time. Work shifts are planned within the employment relationship. The duties include assisting with errands and leisure activities. Salary: Heta Collective Agreement A 13.23 €/h + possible experience bonuses. Employment relationships are always private. The person selected for the employment relationship will be in an employment relationship with the assisted person/guardian. Notification of interview/employment decision will be given personally. Work begins once a suitable assistant is found. The employer has the right to request a criminal record extract from the employee working with elderly and disabled persons once the employment begins (Social and Health Care Supervision Act 741/2023, Section 28).
