Are you a customer service professional who enjoys working with vehicles? Now there is an opportunity to take a key role in the daily operations of a repair shop, where you handle the processes and ensure smooth workflow. We are looking for a Maintenance Advisor for our client in a permanent position in Tampere. In this role, you will be the most important link at the customer interface of the repair shop, responsible for the entire maintenance process from start to finish. You will greet customers, assess maintenance needs, and record work in the system. You will handle appointments, monitor work progress at the workshop, and keep customers informed throughout the process. Additionally, the role includes upselling, warranty processing, and participation in daily production planning. Success in this role requires the ability to manage the overall picture under pressure and to combine good customer service with a proactive attitude.
