The instructor's task is to promote students' integration into the learning community and support their progress and graduation. The role emphasizes guiding and assisting students with studies and related matters. The instructor works together with teaching and guidance staff. They participate in student orientation, activities promoting community spirit, and joint events. Key responsibilities include: guiding and supporting students individually and according to HOKS in various learning environments, supervising student or group work according to the timetable and pedagogical plan, assisting, training, and supporting students in life management, orienting students as planned, participating in activities that promote community and participation or other student day events, guiding and supervising students or student groups in common situations and events. Requirements: suitable vocational qualification at least at secondary level, guidance skills, student-oriented, active, and self-directed work approach, interaction and teamwork skills, proficiency with digital tools and applications.
