We are hiring two (2) part-time (60%) personal care assistants for the Nyboda residential services in the Wellbeing Services County of Ostrobothnia. The employment is permanent and will start on August 1, 2026, or September 1, 2026. Personal suitability is considered in the selection. The unit operates in Swedish. The work involves diverse shift work. The operational principle at Nyboda residential services is to guide clients in daily routines and activities according to their individual needs. The goal is to utilize the clients' strengths and resources and to develop challenging areas through positive guidance and support. The unit works with clear objectives to help clients achieve as much independence as possible. Nyboda residential services provide support and guidance to individuals living in group homes and in apartments located at different addresses. Qualifications: - A qualification as a practical nurse or a degree in health care according to the Decree (564/1994) or the Decree (153/2016) issued by the Government on social welfare professionals. - Satisfactory oral and written proficiency in Swedish. - The unit operates in Swedish. Applicants with a practical nurse qualification are required to register with both professional registers maintained by the National Supervisory Authority for Welfare and Health, Terhikki and Suosikki. The selected candidate must have valid vaccination protection according to the Infectious Diseases Act (1227/2016) Section 48. Additionally, the candidate must present a criminal record extract as specified in the Criminal Records Act (6 § 2. mom.). A trial period applies.
