Are you interested in working on construction site operations in a demanding nuclear power environment? We are looking for an expert to support project site operations in collaboration with various stakeholders. The role is suitable for both experienced professionals and those early in their careers, with content tailored to your expertise. You will work on project site operations, supporting their smooth initiation, daily activities, and continuous development. You will collaborate with projects, line organizations, and stakeholders, ensuring that site operations progress as planned and according to shared practices. You will ensure compliance with authorities' instructions and regulations, as well as plant and corporate guidelines. Key tasks include supporting project site setup, resource planning, information exchange, readiness inspections, and maintaining and developing site operation instructions. The role may also include responsibilities such as installation supervision or site manager tasks, depending on your skills and interests. We expect you to have education in automation, electrical, or mechanical engineering, or a diploma in engineering. The role suits both seasoned professionals and early-career individuals with some practical experience. You should have good cooperation skills and proficiency in Finnish and English, both spoken and written. We value initiative, eagerness to learn, and experience in demanding industrial environments or nuclear power. Willingness to travel occasionally is required. You will work calmly and purposefully, independently, and effectively in challenging situations. You should be organized, resilient under pressure, and experienced in project work is a plus.
