Join our team to supervise production shift employees and Continuous Improvement teams, promote safety, quality, and efficiency, manage employee performance, lead improvement projects, and communicate effectively across all levels. The role involves troubleshooting production issues, managing employee hours and payroll using UltiPro, and completing reports. Candidates should have strong computer skills, excellent communication, and the ability to implement change. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or higher, Lean Six Sigma training, and 3-5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
