In this role, you will support the indirect procurement team by ensuring that the company's daily purchasing needs are met efficiently. You will work closely as part of a five-member expert team responsible for everything from office supplies to service agreements. We offer - Valuable opportunity to gain industry experience - International work environment and insight into a growing company's daily operations - Epassi lunch benefit - Flexible remote work (2 days/week) Job Tasks Managing and coordinating incoming purchase requests, including: - Processing purchase requests - Creating and managing purchase orders (PO) - Placing orders with approved suppliers according to provided instructions - Receiving and confirming deliveries in the ERP system - Supporting internal logistics and coordinating incoming deliveries - Assisting team members from different departments with daily purchasing needs We are looking for - Relevant educational background, e.g., business or production economics - Basic understanding of procurement processes and order management - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy - Fluent English skills - Proactive attitude towards work To succeed in this role, you are: - Supportive - Stress-resistant - Organized - Responsible A security clearance will be conducted for the selected candidate.
