Group Financial Manager - Teollisuuden Voima Oyj - Remote - Global

We are seeking a Group Financial Manager to lead and develop TVO Group’s external reporting and core finance processes at a time of significant transformation. In this role, you will take a central position in strengthening and modernising TVO’s group level external reporting, financial control and finance processes. You will ensure the high quality, reliability and compliance of financial and sustainability reporting, while driving continuous development of finance processes, controls and the system landscape. Your responsibilities include full responsibility for TVO Group’s interim reporting and annual financial statements, including CSRD compliant sustainability reporting, ensuring high quality IFRS and Finnish GAAP (FAS) based external reporting, coordinating and developing group level month end, quarter end and year end closing processes, developing and harmonising group finance processes, controls and reporting practices, driving automation, digitalisation and efficiency in reporting, acting as a key finance partner towards auditors, executive management and internal/external stakeholders, and actively leading and contributing to finance development initiatives.
