We are looking for production workers for our international client. The company operates in the manufacturing industry, working with precision-demanding products under special conditions. The recruitment is direct, meaning the employment contract is made directly with our client. Job Description As a production worker, you will work in special conditions, with responsibilities including: - Visual inspection of products - Quality assurance according to instructions The job requires high accuracy and carefulness. What we expect from you - Dexterity and precise work approach - Carefulness and sense of responsibility - Willingness to commit to shift work in a rotating 3-shift schedule - Ability to follow instructions and regulations - Fluent Finnish language skills (spoken and written) Additionally, work requires working in a completely smoke-free environment – use of nicotine products is not allowed during working hours.
