We are looking for workers in the Turku area for demolition projects! The work is project-based, but if you enjoy and succeed in the tasks, there is a possibility of long-term employment. Our client companies specialize in providing services related to various demolition projects. Your main responsibilities include demolition work on buildings, such as removing furniture, sorting and carrying demolition materials, interior demolition, dismantling frameworks and roof structures, removing insulation, demolishing foundation structures, and actively participating in other site assistance tasks. Projects range from small to large demolition contracts, primarily located in the Turku region. Work is typically from Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. We are open to salary expectations, but ultimately, wages are determined by the construction sector collective agreement. What do we expect from you? - Previous experience in similar tasks is an advantage. Our client companies will provide site-specific orientation, but we expect you to learn and adapt quickly and to be autonomous. - The work sites are usually accessible by good transportation links, so you may not need your own car, but a B-driver's license and the ability to use your own car are considered an advantage. - We also value the ability to commit to the task, craftsmanship, independence, attentiveness, good physical condition, flexibility, and an honest and energetic work attitude.
