Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Manager for LSAB Finland Oy to be responsible for the sales of cutting tools and services to sawmills. LSAB Group manufactures and sells tools for the wood processing industry. The business area has a turnover of approximately 25 million euros and is a leading player in Northern Europe. Our goal is to be an international market leader in our field. We see ourselves as a natural partner for sawmills and planing mills in the wood industry. We produce and sell products under our own brands, such as HDS, LSAB, Micor, Långshyttan, BBM, LTT, and Westlings. Our service network and offerings position us well for the future. Our headquarters is in Lieto, and our second Finnish unit is located in Kajaani. The role involves customer work at client sites and can be performed 100% remotely. Travel days in this role are approximately 100-150 per year, and the individual can plan their own schedule. Responsibilities include: - Developing, managing customer relationships, and sales negotiations - Selling products related to LSAB’s product portfolio, such as circular and band saw blades and their maintenance services - Visiting customer production facilities and saw rooms - Developing the sales process and solving general problems - Monitoring customer projects related to saw blade development and costs We hope the applicant possesses: - Experience in solving problems related to the production of sawmills concerning saw blades - General experience with woodworking saw blades - A solution-oriented approach to tasks - Willingness to travel by car to customer sites - Proficiency in English We offer: - The best products and services in the industry to sell - A forward-moving work community and fair colleagues - Bonus system related to company success - Extended occupational health services, sports, and cultural benefits This is a full-time, permanent position in an ambitious and responsible Finnish limited company that is part of a foreign group. The ideal candidate is an efficient and self-motivated person eager to learn new things. The employment contract will be made between the candidate and LSAB Finland Oy. The work will start as soon as possible, and the position is permanent and full-time. The role will be filled once a suitable candidate is found.
