We are looking for a motivated IT Specialist for Digitization & IT Processes (m/f/d) to strengthen our IT team. Your Tasks: - Interface function & consulting: Act as a central link between IT and specialist departments, advise on digital potentials and coordinate digitization measures. - Process analysis & automation: Analyze existing workflows and develop automated end-to-end processes for sustainable optimization. - Workflow engines & integration: Design, build and maintain automated workflows using modern tools (e.g. n8n) and connect system landscapes via APIs. - Use of local AI solutions: Identify use cases for local AI technologies (e.g. LLMs, document and data processing) and integrate them into operational processes. - Project collaboration & implementation: Actively participate in planning and implementing digitization projects from idea to implementation. - Technology driver: Promote the use of modern digital technologies and agile working methods within the company. Your Qualification: - Completed training or degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification. - Sound practical experience in the analysis, digitization and automation of business processes in a corporate environment. - Proven knowledge of workflow engines (e.g. n8n, Camunda or similar) and a good understanding of interfaces (REST APIs, Webhooks) and data structures (JSON/XML). - Great interest in current AI developments, ideally first practical knowledge in the deployment and integration of local AI models/tools. - Initiative, analytical thinking, structured way of working and teamwork skills.
