The Human Resource Generalist will oversee many areas of human resources including hiring, onboarding, training, benefits, policy administration, and employee relations. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, HRIS data entry, employee engagement, timekeeping in ADP, managing leave of absence processes such as FMLA, STD, LTD, personal leave, and Paid Family Leave, creating reports, ensuring legal compliance, and maintaining staffing agency relationships. The role requires a self-starter with high attention to detail, knowledge of HR practices and employment law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. Qualifications include 2 years of HR Generalist experience and a bachelor’s degree. The work environment is a standard office setting with physical demands including lifting objects of 10-30 pounds.
