We are looking for a C-licence construction worker for our client in the coating sector in the Uusimaa region. We are seeking a construction worker with a C-driver's license for a company performing various coating tasks. The main duties will involve construction work, but periodically transporting materials to and from work sites and storage using a truck, for which a license is required. Construction work includes applying urethane and elastomer coatings, and prior experience is considered an advantage, but training will be provided if needed. The primary candidate is a proactive and eager learner for a long-term employment. Work will start when a suitable person is found, and opportunities are available long-term. The nature of the work suits a situation where regular working hours are maintained, meaning tasks started today are completed today without concern for the clock. Longer workdays are possible, with compensation in accordance with laws and collective agreement. If you meet the following criteria, you might be the person we are looking for: * Experience in the construction sector is a plus, especially in coating work, but most importantly, we seek a proactive worker who performs tasks independently. * Valid professional certificates (work safety card and C-driver's license). If not available, they must be obtained before starting work. * Good Finnish language skills, as Finnish is the working language. * High work ethic and ability to work independently, taking responsibility for your work quality. * Good social skills and ability to work well with others in challenging situations.
