Construction Assistant - InfraFour Oy - Helsinki, Finland

We are looking for a proactive and skilled construction assistant for drainage and yard construction projects in the Helsinki metropolitan area and Uusimaa region. The role involves working closely with an experienced excavator operator on various construction sites, participating in earthworks and yard construction, and supporting the smooth progress of the worksite. Tasks include installing drainage and stormwater systems, assisting with excavator operations, pipe installations, backfilling, finishing work, and yard development. The work is physically demanding and varied. We value a positive attitude, initiative, and a commitment to quality. Requirements include experience in earthworks or infrastructure construction, proficiency with pipe or laser tools, ability to read drawings, a valid safety card, and teamwork skills. Preferred experience in drainage and yard projects. We offer a long-term employment contract until the snow season, bi-weekly salary payments, quality workwear, a professional and friendly team, and opportunities to develop skills in diverse projects. Salary is based on the Infra sector collective agreement, considering experience and skills. The start date is flexible, with interviews during the application process.
