Group Financial Services team is looking for a Financial Controller to join the energetic and change-driven team of experts. You will have a key role in providing comprehensive financial reporting, and your specific area of responsibility is Building and Technical trade -division controlling and reporting according to monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles. As a team member, you will be responsible for ensuring statutory compliance and process development within Building and Technical trade companies in Finland and in other operating countries. Additionally, you will participate in division and group-level projects related to corporate restructuring, process development, or finance IT systems. You will work closely with K Finance professionals across all businesses and operating countries. What we expect from you: - Bachelors or master's degree in accounting or finance - Five to ten years of relevant work experience in financial accounting and financial controlling - Knowledge of financial reporting requirements for a listed company is an asset - Proficiency with relevant IT systems and tools (SAP, HFM, MS Office) - Good communication skills and fluent written and spoken Finnish and English, Swedish is seen as an asset - Proactive and systematic working style with a desire for continuous improvement - Resilience and a strong sense of responsibility - Experience in group accounting and applying IFRS standards in preparing consolidated financial statements is an advantage What we offer: - Interesting and challenging work with development opportunities - An ambitious and committed team of finance professionals - Modern finance processes supported by advanced IT systems and tools - K Group personnel benefits.
