Experienced Property Manager, Vantaa - Caverion - Helsinki, Finland

You will have a responsible role managing properties for a nationwide retail operator, leading a broad and diverse property portfolio focused on daily goods stores, including other retail properties in the Helsinki metropolitan area and Southern Finland. You will be part of a team of seasoned property professionals, working independently and responsible for your designated sites in a flexible work environment. Your daily tasks include managing maintenance, ensuring availability, organizing property services, monitoring repairs and upkeep, and reporting. You should have at least three years of experience in similar roles and technical education (engineer or technician), or equivalent work experience. Experience in energy efficiency and construction management is required. You must be able to work independently, plan your activities, and be service-minded and collaborative.
