The long-term vision is for this individual to build and lead the commercial organisation in the Netherlands, creating and developing a high-performing sales team while becoming the country's commercial leader. The Opportunity As the first dedicated commercial leader for the Netherlands, you'll play a pivotal role in establishing the company's presence and accelerating adoption of an innovative therapy that is transforming patient outcomes. You'll combine strategic business development with hands-on clinical engagement, working alongside leading surgeons, physicians and hospital stakeholders to introduce new technology and create long-term partnerships. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and developing new hospital partnerships across the Netherlands. - Growing existing accounts while expanding therapy adoption. - Building trusted relationships with clinicians, hospital executives, procurement teams and key opinion leaders. - Supporting clinical procedures and ensuring customers are confident in adopting the technology. - Developing and executing the commercial strategy for the Dutch market. - Driving sales performance while laying the foundations for future team growth. - Becoming the recognised commercial leader for the business in the Netherlands. We're looking for someone with the ambition to build a market-not simply manage an established territory. You'll be entrepreneurial, commercially driven and excited by the opportunity to create something from the ground up. You'll likely have: - Experience selling medical devices or other clinically focused healthcare technologies. - A strong track record of developing new business and growing strategic customer relationships. - Confidence working alongside clinicians in theatre and within hospital environments. - The energy, resilience and commercial instinct needed to open new opportunities. - A desire to take on greater responsibility and progress into senior commercial leadership. Experience within neuromodulation, ENT, sleep medicine or other specialist medical device sectors would be advantageous, but we're equally interested in ambitious individuals with the right mindset who are ready for their next challenge.
