Salesperson / Customer Account Manager - Seinäjoen Rengas-Paavola Oy - Seinäjoki, Finland

We are looking for a person to join our new modern branch in Seinäjoki to handle daily operations related to sales and customer service. We seek a candidate with strong experience in sales and customer service, and the ability to take responsibility for daily tasks. We are not looking for someone who only stands behind the counter. We want a person who enjoys working with people, can stay calm under pressure, and wants to play an important role in a growing organization. Our operations date back to 1955, but we are also building a new era in the tire business. What does the job involve? The work focuses on daily sales and customer service at the Seinäjoki branch. Your responsibilities include, for example: Serving customers in the store, Selling tires and wheel-related products, Preparing offers, Answering phone calls, Handling appointments, Receiving orders, Advising customers, Managing daily operations at the counter. This role is important for the daily life of the Seinäjoki branch. What do we expect? We especially value: Strong experience in sales and customer service, Ability to interact naturally with different customers, Initiative and sense of responsibility, Ability to work under pressure, Positive and solution-oriented attitude, Willingness to learn and develop. Experience in the tire industry is an advantage but not essential. Previous experience in, for example, the automotive industry, spare parts sales, technical sales, or similar roles is a plus.
