Timber Frame Builder

We are looking for skilled timber framers to join our production teams in Salon and Jokioinen. As a hirsiosaaja you will participate in the manufacture of fully formed log houses, working as part of a production team in a modern factory environment where buildings are produced under controlled conditions, often reaching a high level of readiness before delivery to the customer. You will work proactively, take responsibility for your own tasks and adhere to agreed goals. You understand that every step affects the project progression and the company’s success. You will take care of your own station, seek solutions and not wait for someone else to handle things. Main tasks include assembly of log frames and installation of roof frames. Requirements include proven experience in timber construction, ability to read working and structural drawings, independent and responsible work attitude, accuracy and pride in workmanship, willingness to shift work and engage in production and contract-based work, commitment to safety, Finnish language proficiency, and advantageous experience in framework, insulation, and interior finishing.
