Trade Compliance Specialist - Konecranes Finance Oy - Remote - Global

We are looking for a Trade Compliance Specialist to join our Global Port Parts team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our business activities comply with international trade regulations and customs requirements while supporting the business in the efficient movement of goods across global markets. You will serve as the Export Control Coordinator, ensuring compliance with export control regulations and supporting the implementation of our export control program. The position is hybrid and based in Hyvinkää, Finland, with a few days per week meeting the team face-to-face in the office. Your key responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for trade compliance and export control, providing guidance, developing and delivering compliance training, and supporting compliance activities such as sanctions screening, managing customer accounts, maintaining export classifications, and collaborating with stakeholders. You should be a self-driven, detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, experience in trade compliance, and excellent communication skills in English, Finnish, and German.
