Job Description We are seeking cheerful and customer service-oriented receptionists for fixed-term employment during the winter season 2026-2027. The work can start in November-December or as agreed, and will continue until the end of March. The position is fixed-term with part-time options available with varying hours. Your responsibilities include, among others: Welcoming and guiding customers Handling and managing reservations Customer service via phone and email General customer service tasks We expect from you: Good customer service skills and initiative Fluent in English and Finnish; knowledge of other languages is an advantage Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly Flexibility and readiness to work evenings and weekends The job requires a alcohol service license and first aid training.
