Job Description
Are you an experienced ski slope machine driver who enjoys working independently in the demanding winter conditions of Lapland? StaffPoint is looking for a ski slope machine driver to ensure the quality and safety of the slopes at Ylläs Ski Resort, Äkäslompolo, for the 2026-2027 winter season. In your work, you will be responsible for maintaining ski slopes and other areas with a snowcat. You will shape and level the snow surface to ensure the slopes are safe and of high quality for skiers. You will also perform daily inspections and basic maintenance of snowcats/snowmobiles, as well as other maintenance tasks at the ski resort. The work is mainly during morning and evening shifts, but you should also be prepared for night shifts. The work begins in October and continues until the end of the spring season 2027 (approximately 3.5.2027). Full-time work is available from December, with 90 hours/3 weeks offered before that. The employment relationship is between the employee and StaffPoint.
