Main responsibilities include developing, implementing, and updating material structures (BOM) and production technologies, including routings – overseeing data in information systems. Analyzing production processes and implementing improvement actions to minimize material and efficiency losses; actively initiating and participating in optimization projects. Performing product costings. Collaborating with Process Engineers on testing, implementing new products and raw materials. Analyzing production waste and verifying data. Continuously optimizing production processes by analyzing and mapping existing processes to identify improvements and eliminate waste. Controlling and defining production processes during new product development and implementation. Engaging in the development and promotion of WCO methodology and TPM pillars. Working in an interdisciplinary team and collaborating effectively with all factory departments.
