We seek a Commercial Director to lead our enterprise AI and digital transformation project in Spain. The role involves developing and executing commercial strategies, managing inbound leads, driving revenue, building relationships with large corporations, and shaping proposals. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of senior leadership experience in technology consulting, enterprise software, or AI services in Spain, fluent in Spanish and English, with a proven track record in revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and stakeholder management. Knowledge of the Spanish enterprise market, AI landscape, and regulatory considerations like EU AI Act and GDPR is essential. Nice to have skills include experience with AI vendors, a network within large Spanish companies, leadership in sales teams, and familiarity with cloud architectures and compliance.
