On-Call Multi-Service Worker - ISS Palvelut Oy - Helsinki, Finland

We are currently seeking an on-call MULTI-SERVICE WORKER in HELSINKI. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness at school sites and, if needed, assist with kitchen tasks such as dishwashing. The primary focus is on cleaning work. We are looking for someone to join our team at our customer site in Ruoholahti, but we hope you are also willing to work at other educational sites around Helsinki as needed. This position is ideal for someone looking to work occasional shifts. Your shifts (4-5 hours per shift) will be on weekdays, varying between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. This is a temporary, on-call position until December 31, 2026, starting as agreed in August 2026. The salary will be based on the Property Services Sector Collective Agreement, pay group 2, starting at €12.59/hour from August 1, 2026, plus possible bonuses. ISS is the right place for you! Experience with school site cleaning is especially valued. Relevant training is a plus. - Good Finnish and English language skills. - Good organizational skills, meticulous and helpful work attitude, and flexibility in handling various tasks. - Excellent service attitude and ability to interact with clients of all ages. - Clean criminal background; due to the work environment, a criminal record extract from the Criminal Records Register (Law 504/2002) is required for those working with children.
