Job Description
Your tasks include: - Managing and coordinating design projects in collaboration with project managers and department supervisors - Monitoring the functionality of subcontracting chains - Communicating and collaborating with clients - Participating in design work with the design team We require: - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Solution-oriented approach and ability to make quick decisions - Technical education (degree e.g., naval architecture, mechanical, mechanical and production engineering, or MSc) - Experience with AVEVA E3D / Cadmatic 3D software - Language skills in Finnish and English (additional languages are an advantage) We value: - Previous experience in ship design (2-5 years or more) - Interpersonal skills - Independence - Solution focus
