Service Point Manager for Vaasa Service Point - Suomen Euromaster Oy - Pori, Finland

We are seeking an excellent supervisor for the Vaasa service point to lead a team, sales, customer service, and operational activities. You will be responsible for the operation of the service point and personnel management supported by Euromaster’s processes and tools. Ideally, you are a professional with previous supervisory experience, leading your team with a coaching approach. You ensure that tasks are completed, the environment remains organized, and your team performs at a high level. Safety and well-being at work are important to you. Additionally, you are interested in monitoring your success through your unit’s income statement and can analyze and utilize this information to support your leadership.
