Substitute position as a supervisor at Rajamiehentie residential services from July 13 to August 31, 2026. Rajamiehentie is a development disability unit. The unit is a four-story apartment building located in Kajaani, Rajala neighborhood. The building has common areas for residents, an activity room, sauna, and laundry facilities. Staff facilities are on the ground floor. The other floors contain resident apartments and shared dining areas. The unit houses 13 permanent residents and one room is reserved for around-the-clock temporary care. Rajamiehentie offers highly supported living for 14 individuals with developmental disabilities, with individual guidance needs depending on the situation and daily condition. Residents' ages range from 20 to 65 years. The work involves three-shift work. Qualifications required include a degree as a healthcare professional under the Act on Healthcare Professionals (559/1994), such as practical nurse or basic nurse. We require vaccination protection according to Section 48 of the Infectious Diseases Act. We also consider applications from final-stage practical nurse students. Experience in the field of developmental disabilities, communication skills, experience in goal-oriented customer work, and a desire to develop services that support clients' self-determination are valued.
