Relief Nurse Substitute, Tornio - Medipower Oy - Tornio, Finland

We are seeking a practical nurse for a 1-3 month substitute in Tornio. We are currently looking for a motivated practical nurse to work with home-based services in the Tornio area. The position is a temporary assignment, with a duration negotiable from about one to three months. Job Description: You will work with home-based services, focusing on substitute roles for professional informal caregivers and personal assistance. In caregiver substitute roles, you will monitor and support the client's well-being. In personal assistance, you will support clients in hobbies and leisure activities. The job also includes medication administration. The work requires smooth communication with clients, and situations may require clear and simple language. The work is mobile within the Tornio area, visiting clients' homes. It involves 2-shift work, mainly mornings. Requirements: Applicants must have a practical nurse qualification (+Valvira registration) and a valid medication license (LOVe). Previous experience in similar roles is appreciated. A personal vehicle and B driver's license are required, as the locations are spread across the Tornio area.
