Our client company is looking for a skilled and customer-oriented real estate agent in Turku. Success in this role requires good negotiation and customer service skills, as well as the ability to handle sales processes independently from start to finish. The employment relationship is permanent, and the position can be part-time or full-time depending on your availability. Working hours are mainly weekdays, but may include evening and weekend meetings with clients. The role involves traveling between clients and properties in Turku and nearby areas. Responsibilities include advising clients, managing property sales and rentals, marketing, property evaluation, organizing viewings, coordinating transactions, collaborating with banks and legal experts, maintaining customer relationships, and active client acquisition. Requirements include a licensed real estate agent (LKV), relevant education or experience, customer service skills, independence, IT skills, driver's license, and Finnish and English language skills.
