Critical Environment Technician Manager

People Management Managers deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring. Lead, coach, and develop a team of Critical Environment Technicians, ensuring clear objectives, effective shift handovers, training readiness, and accountability for safe and reliable operations Ensure 24/7/365 site coverage through effective rota planning, absence management, and coordination across shifts. Guide and oversee planned, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and in accordance with approved MOPs, SOPs, EOPs, and site standards. Coordinate onsite response to abnormal conditions impacting operations, ensuring clear escalation, communication, technical assessment, and safe recovery in alignment with site procedures. * Relevant mission critical services work/applied learning experience (e.g., high availability assembly/manufacturing/critical infrastructure environments such as data centers, oil and gas refineries, hospitals, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or related fields) OR equivalent experience. Ability to work with the teams covering shifts, including shift assignments during non-standard business hours that may include evening, nighttime, weekends, and/or holidays Experience directing, supervising, or coordinating teams and/or third‑party vendors or contractors. You will be required to travel between sites as part of this role so a valid driver's license will be required. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: High School Diploma or equivalent AND mission critical services experience (e.g., high-availability assembly/manufacturing/critical infrastructure environments such as data centers, oil and gas refineries, hospitals, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or related fields) OR Associate's Degree or technical trade certification (e.g., military, trade school), or higher-equivalent education AND mission-critical services experience (e.g., high-availability assembly/manufacturing/critical infrastructure environments such as data centers, oil and gas refineries, hospitals, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or related fields) OR equivalent experience. People management experience. Experience in a specialized area (e.g., mechanical field, electrical field, controls field) or related field.
