We are looking for a service supervisor / team leader in Kajaani. Leenan Puhdistuspalvelut is seeking a service supervisor in Kajaani to oversee daily operations of the team and ensure high-quality execution of customer sites. The role combines practical cleaning work with supervisory responsibilities, so we are looking for someone with experience in the cleaning industry and the ability to manage overall tasks independently and systematically. Responsibilities: As a service supervisor, you will support employees in their daily work and ensure that customer sites are handled as agreed and with quality. Your tasks include onboarding employees, planning work shifts, and communicating with clients. You will monitor work quality, participate in operational development, and handle everyday situations flexibly and efficiently. Additionally, you will participate in cleaning tasks yourself, so practical experience in the field is an important part of the role. We expect: Candidates to have experience in the cleaning industry and preferably previous supervisory experience or relevant training. A degree in facilities or institutional cleaning is considered an advantage. We value good organizational skills, a responsible work attitude, and the ability to work smoothly with different people. The role requires initiative, stress tolerance, and a solution-oriented mindset. A valid B-driver's license and fluent Finnish language skills are essential.
