What does a typical workday look like? As a cleaner, your responsibility is to maintain the cleanliness of the client's premises according to agreed instructions and checklists. The cleaner at the site also handles customer service situations via phone and face-to-face with clients. Customer service situations require the ability to communicate in Finnish; other language skills are considered an advantage. This job requires speed, thoroughness, flexibility, and a customer service mindset. You will succeed if you have experience in the cleaning industry, good organizational and interpersonal skills, a positive service attitude and a responsible approach to work, and the ability to communicate in Finnish; other language skills are a plus. Job summary: Location Tampere, Hourly wage €12.26 / hour, Weekly working hours 37.5 hours per week, Working hours are scheduled Monday to Friday between 06:00-14:00, Fair employer – we adhere to the collective agreement for the property services sector.
