StaffPoint is seeking a SHIFT SUPERVISOR for Lapland Hotels Kilpis for the summer season 2026. Are you an emerging talent or an experienced professional? We are looking for a kitchen shift supervisor for Lapland Hotels Kilpis who wants to leave their mark on northern culinary experiences. As the right hand of the head chef, you will be responsible for food quality, ordering, and inventory management. If you are passionate about developing flavors inspired by the Lapland natural environment and enjoy the tranquility of mountain scenery as a counterbalance, you might be the team member we are looking for. Lapland Hotels chain is a smoke-free workplace. The work is expected to start around July 1, 2026, and last until approximately July 31, 2026. The employment contract will be between the employee and StaffPoint. We hope from you: - Experience in similar roles is an advantage - Professional cook qualification / work experience - Creativity and a positive attitude, reflected in your way of working - Ability to work independently in a busy environment - Hygiene passport and valid health certificate for food workers (former salmonella certificate) - Finnish and English language skills.
