Senior Financial Controller - Orkla Care Oy - Remote - Global

We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented Senior Financial Controller to play a central role in our Finance team at Orkla Denmark. The role involves ensuring high quality in accounting, reporting, compliance, and internal controls, as well as developing processes and strengthening financial governance across the organization. The position is key in Accounting & Operational Finance and acts as a sparring partner for the business, shared service center, external auditors, and the group. Responsibilities include month-end closing, financial reporting, group reporting, annual report, tax, VAT, duties, internal controls, governance, process improvements, system development, and collaboration with stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a relevant financial education (e.g., cand.merc.aud., HD(R), CMA), at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, solid knowledge of IFRS, DK GAAP, VAT, and experience with ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA, Tagetik, or Power BI. They should have strong analytical skills, a high-quality standard, and the ability to work independently.
