Primary location: KOUVOLA The position is for a permanent and part-time (30 hours/week) employment. SALES ASSISTANT, SOKOS KOUVOLA BEAUTY We are looking for a sales assistant for the beauty department at Sokos Kouvola, performing regular tasks. The beauty department sales assistant works actively in the cosmetics section, listening to customer wishes and needs. The store work also includes tasks such as unloading shipments and maintaining the store's attractive appearance, as well as similar work regularly at Emotion Kouvola. We expect applicants to: 77; Have a sales-oriented and knowledgeable customer service attitude. A qualification in beauty therapy (e.g., cosmetology) is considered an advantage to better recommend suitable products to customers. 77; Be familiar with beauty trends and actively maintain professional skills to meet customer expectations and needs. 77; Be flexible. This means tackling all tasks promptly and helping colleagues as needed, regardless of department boundaries. 77; Have at least moderate physical fitness. Despite ergonomic practices and tools, this work involves thousands of steps daily and occasionally heavy lifting. The successful candidate must be of legal age, proficient in Finnish, and willing to work in two different stores during all opening hours.
