Practical Nurse - Ainala R.Y. - Virrat, Finland

We are looking for a practical nurse for a permanent position. As a practical nurse, you will work with residents in 24-hour care and communal housing, responsible for their daily activities together with the team. Your tasks include basic care, medication administration, documentation, creating and updating care and service plans, conducting RAI assessments and reporting, as well as developing your own work. We value good teamwork skills, strong interaction skills, and the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team. To succeed in this role, you need an independent work approach, good organizational and stress tolerance skills, and the ability to act flexibly in changing situations.
