Restaurant Portti is a versatile dining venue located along Highway 8 in Liminka. We serve hearty breakfast and lunch from a buffet, delicious à la carte dishes, Rolls burgers, and Kotipizza products. Additionally, our well-known creamy salmon soup is available daily for customers. As a cook, your main tasks will include preparing lunch and à la carte dishes. The work involves partly independent work in the kitchen, but you can always rely on support from friendly colleagues in the dining area. We are looking for someone with formal training in the field and previous experience in cooking tasks. We expect you to have an independent work approach, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to work efficiently even during busy times. Proficiency in Finnish is important, as the job also involves some customer service at the cash register. We offer a permanent employment contract, approximately 90 hours/3 weeks. The start date is flexible. The work is shift-based within the restaurant's opening hours, including all days of the week. The salary follows the industry collective agreement and ranges from €12.97 to €14.33 per hour depending on experience. The employment contract is between you and StaffPoint.
