IT-teknikko 0-15h/vko, Helsinki - Academic Work

In the role of IT support, you will work closely with business operations and play an important part in ensuring a stable and secure IT environment. You will support users in their daily work and at the same time get familiar with maintenance, automation, and cybersecurity work. Responsibilities include providing technical support to users in an office environment, troubleshooting computers, printers, and mobile phones, installing and configuring workstations, managing user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and/or Azure AD, working within the Microsoft 365 environment (Outlook, Teams, Office), participating in development work related to IT environment and security, and supporting device and application roll-outs. The ideal candidate is currently studying IT or a related field, has experience in IT support or Service Desk, good Microsoft 365 skills, basic knowledge of Active Directory or Azure AD, routine troubleshooting skills, and fluent Finnish and English. Preferred qualifications include experience with Microsoft Intune or Autopilot, basic networking skills, experience with ticketing systems, and interest or experience in cybersecurity. Personal qualities include being reliable, helpful, and respectful. The person must provide a criminal background check. The recruitment process involves personality and cognitive tests.
